Guarantee

When CMC was founded in 1984, there was a service void within the chemicals industry with respect to sample fulfillment and there was no "performance standard" for sample shipments. Chemical manufacturers filled sample orders when time allowed. Shipments typically took anywhere from weeks to months to process. Some samples were never shipped!

In 1984, CMC established a "Performance Guarantee" based on the service standard that 80% of all sample orders would ship within 24 hours and 100% would ship within 48 hours of sample request receipt. Any shipment that does not meet this criteria, would be shipped free of charge including expedited freight. Today, this "Performance Guarantee" remains in place. Currently we are exceeding this standard by shipping over 80% of all sample requests received on a same day basis, 95% shipped within 24 hours of request receipt and 100% within 48 hours of request receipt.

Of course, quick turn around is only half the story. It must be accomplished without sacrificing quality and accuracy. With over 4,000,000 samples shipped, CMC has an accuracy level of 99.99978%.
